- My first two children were born at the hospital...first with epidural and an episiotomy (sp?), the second C section. My third-born and largest was born at home with a midwife. No tearing, no drugs, less pain.

- Definitely worth it if you have an otherwise healthy pregnancy. 2 of my kids were born in the hospital and the last one was born at home.
